Privacy and submissions

What we collect
When you send a question, story, or service feedback, we store your name, optional city, optional email, your message, the category you choose, and any photo you upload. Service requests store your name, contact details, city or ZIP code, service type, and description.
Who can see it
Submissions, photos, and service requests are private. Only signed-in members of the Pando team with administrator access can view them.
Publishing
We only publish a question or story if you tick the publish permission box. Published answers may show your first name and city. We never publish email addresses, phone numbers, or photos of your home without separate permission. Contacting you and publishing are two separate choices.
Site measurement
We count anonymous events such as guide views, searches, and phone-link clicks to improve the site. These records do not include your name, contact details, or message text.
